Ring Size Guide

The short version: the majority of Argenne rings are open and adjustable, fitting roughly UK K to T. If the product page says Adjustable, there is no size to pick.

For fixed-size rings

A small number of our designs are made in fixed sizes. We stock three, listed in UK sizes with the US equivalent:

Argenne size UK US Inside diameter Typically fits
L L 6 16.5mm Smaller fingers
N N 7 17.3mm Most common size
P P 8 18.2mm Larger fingers

Our fixed rings are made to US whole sizes, so each sits around half a UK size above the letter shown. If you are between sizes, we suggest going down rather than up.

How to measure at home

  1. Take a strip of paper about 5mm wide and wrap it around the base of your finger.
  2. Mark where the paper overlaps, then lay it flat and measure the length in millimetres.
  3. That measurement is your finger circumference — 52mm is roughly a UK L, 54mm an N, 57mm a P.

Worth knowing

  • Fingers are slightly larger at the end of the day and in warm weather.
  • Measure the hand you will actually wear the ring on — most people differ between hands.
  • A wider band needs a slightly larger size than a fine one.

Still unsure? Choose an adjustable design. They are the majority of our range for exactly this reason.
