Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Returns
If a piece is not right, return it unworn and in its original box within 30 days and we will refund you in full. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings once the packaging has been opened.
Under UK consumer law you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel, which runs alongside — and is not replaced by — our 30-day policy.
How to return something
- Email us at hello@argenne.com with your order number.
- We will send return instructions the same working day.
- Once it reaches us, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.
Something arrived damaged or faulty? Send us a photo and we will replace it or refund you, including postage both ways. That is your right in law and we are not going to make it difficult.
